What documents do I need to ship overseas?

Minimum: Commercial (or Pro forma) Invoice, Packing List, and Air Waybill/Bill of Lading. Many destinations also require an HS code, Certificate of Origin, and any applicable export/import licences.

How long will delivery take?

Typical door‑to‑door timeframes:

Express air: 2–5 business days
Economy air: 5–10 business days
Sea (FCL): 15–45 days depending on lanes
Sea (LCL): add 7–12 days for consolidation/de‑consolidation

What happens if my shipment is delayed or held by customs?

The broker will request additional documents or payments (e.g., duties, import licence); responding quickly minimizes storage/demurrage fees.
